Bicycle Plans

Originally adopted in 2002 and updated in 2009, the Knoxville Regional Bicycle Plan provides a guide for the development of a convenient, efficient transportation system where people can bike safely to all destinations.

We have a number of brochures to help you bike safely and courteously, teach your kids how to ride, and brush up on Tennessee traffic laws that affect bicycles.  We even have a guide to help you advocate for safer cycling in your community!
